Job summary

Ten Square Games S.A. is seeking a Translation & Localization Specialist to join the Localization & Player Research team within the Player Experience unit. The role focuses on translating and coordinating content between English and Polish for mobile games, with occasional support for player research activities.

The position is open to junior or mid-level candidates and operates in a hybrid model with 3 days in the Wroclaw office and 2 remote days per week.

Qualifications

Proficient in English (C1/C2) and Polish with excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

Create, translate, and edit game content between English and Polish.
Review and improve AI-assisted translations as part of the localization workflow.
Plan and coordinate localization tasks and projects.
Cooperate with localization, product teams, and external vendors.
Support the implementation of the LQA strategy, including linguistic testing and quality evaluation.
Assist other teams with internationalization and localization topics; share knowledge and advise.
Occasionally support player research activities (surveys, playtests).
Identify and solve localization-related issues in our games.
