Job summary

Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. is looking for an Associate Fullstack Software Engineer based in Gdańsk, Poland. Join a multi-disciplinary AvionX team and help design, develop, and deliver avionics software across backend and frontend domains.

The role combines Python backend work with JavaScript/TypeScript and React frontend, across RESTful interfaces, tests, and CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid onsite setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services using Python and modern web frameworks, and frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Own end-to-end features across the full stack: design, implementation, testing and delivery.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that integrate with RESTful APIs.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability across both frontend and backend.
• Participate in code reviews and apply best practices learned from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to deliver high quality user experiences.
• Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines; follow standard branching process and merge request workflows.
• Work in container based development environments (Docker) and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams as needed.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement.
