Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. invites an Associate Fullstack Software Engineer to join the AvionX Poland team in Gdańsk.

You will design and implement backend services in Python and frontend UIs in JavaScript/TypeScript with React, delivering end-to-end features that connect to RESTful APIs. You will collaborate with product owners, UX designers and QA, participate in code reviews, and work in Docker-based environments, supporting multiple product lines with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain backend services using Python and modern web frameworks, and frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Own end to end features across the full stack: design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that integrate with RESTful APIs.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend and backend.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA to deliver high quality user experiences.
• Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines; follow standard branching processes.
• Work in container-based development environments (Docker) and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams.
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and process improvement.
