GFT Technologies SE in Poland is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a global Risk & Compliance team, focusing on Java/Spring backend with React/TypeScript frontend. You will drive design, development and delivery of modern applications and mentor peers.

You will build REST APIs, microservices and event-driven solutions, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes and contribute to cloud-native initiatives within an Agile Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application development.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Backend heavy with Java/Spring.
• Frontend contributions with React/TypeScript.
• Familiar with CI/CD and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices
• Contribute to frontend development using React and TypeScript
• Prepare technical designs and solution documentation
• Implement event-driven integrations and workflow-based solutions
• Develop and support batch processing applications
• Ensure application reliability through logging, monitoring and error handling
• Create and maintain automated tests
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
