Job summary

Williams Lea seeks a Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Warsaw or Kraków. You will design, build, and maintain modern web applications across the full stack, collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable digital solutions.

You should have 3+ years of full-stack or similar experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and hands-on experience with Node.js or Python, databases, cloud, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack or equivalent development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major front-end framework (React preferred).
• Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java or similar.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong Git knowledge and familiarity with branching strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP, HTTPS, CORS).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Front-End: Build responsive, accessible interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Back-End: Develop RESTful APIs and manage databases.
• Architecture & DevOps: CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Quality & Collaboration: Write tests and participate in Agile ceremonies.
