Job summary

Xperi Inc. in Poland is seeking a software developer to advance TiVo OS, smart TV, and in-car entertainment experiences. You will implement features with a focus on client–server communication and API integrations, leveraging JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

You will collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, and Product Owner teams, maintain code quality, and participate in code reviews while learning the team’s architecture and processes. The role offers a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Basic hands-on experience with Node.js or another backend language.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Good spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).

Responsibilities

• Implement new features in frontend applications, focusing on client–server communication and API integrations.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, QA, and Product Owner teams.
• Maintain and improve the quality of the codebase.
• Participate in code reviews and apply coding best practices.
• Learn the architecture and development processes used by the team.
