Coople AG in Warsaw is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to ship fast in a modern TypeScript ecosystem. You’ll guide AI-assisted code generation, validate outputs, and deliver production-ready features with ownership and pragmatism.

The role is hybrid in Warsaw (2 days on-site weekly) across Nest.js, Next.js, React Native, Neon/Postgres and AWS, collaborating with PMs, product teams and users to create real value.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and ability to commute to Warsaw.
• Strong TypeScript expertise with Nest.js, Next.js and React Native.
• Experience building end-to-end production systems with accountability.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, testing strategies, performance, security and observability.

Responsibilities

• Ship production-quality features quickly across a modern TS stack.
• Guide and validate AI-generated code used in development.
• Collaborate with PMs, product and users to deliver tangible value.
• Own end-to-end delivery and iteratively improve functionality.
