Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in a hybrid model.

You will design scalable microservices with Java 17 and Spring Boot, build modern frontend applications using Angular, and explore Generative AI integrations in our products.

This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment, access to training, and a path to technical leadership as you work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in a modern cloud stack.

Qualifications

• Backend with Java 17 and Spring Boot, microservices.
• Frontend with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS.
• Experience designing secure REST APIs and databases.
• Familiar with OWASP, OAuth2, and clean architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop frontend with Angular and backend microservices.
• Build secure REST APIs for MongoDB and SQL.
• Write tests with JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine and ensure code quality.
• Containerize with Docker; deploy to Kubernetes/OpenShift; maintain CI/CD.
• Improve performance, observability, and resilience.
• Collaborate in Agile teams; explore Generative AI integrations.
