GlaxoSmithKline in Warsaw is seeking a Finance Analyst to develop planning and forecasting for multiple stakeholders. You will manage in-market forecasts, monthly management reports and other finance deliverables with a technology-enabled P&F team.

You’ll partner with finance colleagues to create forecasts and plans, build and update financial models, and drive data-driven decisions. The role requires a Master’s in Finance or Business Administration, strong English, and experience in financial

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Experience in finance with planning, budgeting, controlling and analysis in a multinational company and/or FMCG/Pharma.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with country finance teams to create forecasts and plans.
• Maintain financial models for monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support link between plan and actuals and help define growth plans.
• Prepare working capital and SG&A projections.
