Job summary

Sonova is seeking a Material Planner Finished Goods Analyst in Warsaw to manage replenishment, inventory and demand planning using SAP. You’ll ensure product availability across markets, oversee daily replenishment, forecast demand and maintain stock levels for launches and ongoing products.

You will work in a flexible hybrid setup with collaboration across plants, suppliers and HQ to optimize delivery performance and drive improvements in supply planning.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Planning.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with practical experience using SAP/R3 MM (MM module).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability and delivery capability across markets served by the Distribution Center.
• Own daily replenishment and back-order management, identifying supply risks and taking corrective actions.
• Manage demand forecasts, inventory turns and safety stock for new launches and running products.
• Perform daily material and supply planning in SAP, including MRP parameters and replenishment orders.
• Collaborate with plants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply and order issues and optimize delivery performance.
• Coordinate changes to supply plans and support efficient freight and inventory management.
• Partner with headquarters on projects and continuous improvements in supply planning.
