Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Supply Planner to optimize production and capacity planning at the category level for mid- and long-term horizons. You will act as the single point of contact for plants and markets, driving solutions and supporting S&OP preparations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of supply planning experience, with SAP experience and strong Excel/data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a supply planning role, preferably with SAP knowledge.
• Very good Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Familiar with MPS, RCCP, DRP, Inventory Planning and S&OP/IBP principles.

Responsabilités

• Produce and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods using SAP and O9.
• Create and maintain Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP); identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with markets via S&OE Demand Fulfilment meetings weekly.
• Support S&OP decisions and optimize end-to-end allocation.
• Communicate S&OP decisions with local manufacturing for execution.
• Track CFR, inventory and waste metrics.
