Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Warsaw to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery for the country. You will coordinate with outsourced providers, handle payroll data uploads, validate outputs, and respond to payroll queries while collaborating with HR and Total Rewards.

Applicants should have end-to-end payroll experience, French payroll knowledge (advantageous), and strong Excel skills. A hybrid work arrangement near the Warsaw office and a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• French payroll knowledge is required or strongly advantageous.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing including taxes and reporting.
• Proficient English at B1 or higher; excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and shared services environments.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll operations are processed timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with vendors and HR teams to resolve payroll queries.
• Upload payroll data and validate outputs for accuracy.
• Serve as SME for time and attendance and payroll governance.
• Support acquisitions with payroll system implementations.
