Job summary

Indegene, a global consultancy in Pharma and Life Sciences, seeks a Junior Production Associate in Warsaw for a hybrid role. You will support the omnichannel Content Delivery Manager by building emails using Knak and related tools, and by programming simple HTML banners.

You will collaborate with brand teams and cross-functional groups to ensure timely delivery, maintain brand coherence, and contribute to newsletters and digital content while developing foundational design and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or marketing (or related field) or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience of creating emails within Knack or similar email building tool is a key advantage.
• HTML/CMS/JS knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Candidate must reside in Poland, ideally in Warsaw, as this is a hybrid position with occasional client visits.

Responsibilities

• Assemble emails using the email authoring tool Knak and client tools.
• Programming simple HTML banners.
• Content management for digital platforms ensuring alignment across brands and campaigns.
• Collaborate with local brand and cross-functional teams in end-to-end email creation and newsletters.
• Engage with all delivery teams and stakeholders to identify potential projects.
• Participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and training requirements.
