Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and to support our online shop. The role emphasizes service lifecycle, monitoring, incident handling, and on-call coverage in a hybrid setup across Warsaw, Lublin and Poznań.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to maintain 24/7 operations, implement best practices, and grow with a global technology leader that funds training and supports professional development.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Ansible and Python scripting for internal apps.
• JVM/SpringBoot experience is essential for incident management.

Responsibilities

• Plan service lifecycle from setup to decommissioning and implement preventive measures.
• Create and run monitoring solutions for shop systems.
• Handle bug reports and service tickets efficiently.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems, addressing vulnerabilities.
• Analyze and document incidents to ensure quick resolution.
• Support projects through all lifecycle phases.
• Participate in on-call duties (min one week per month, 24/7).
• Collaborate with the shop operations team for 200+ artifacts.
