Job summary

Jobgether seeks a DevOps Administrator in Poland to operate and evolve reliable, secure infrastructure in a modern engineering environment. You will work hands-on with Linux systems, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

The role combines day-to-day administration with automation initiatives, monitoring, incident management, backups, and IaC improvements, collaborating across teams to improve core service reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of system administration, troubleshooting, and operational health.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and advanced knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools and automated software delivery processes.
• Experience using Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Advanced Git skills and version-controlled infrastructure usage.
• Experience with VMware and virtualized environments.
• Ability to script and automate using appropriate languages.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, investigate incidents, and drive timely resolution with documentation.
• Configure and improve monitoring and incident-management processes with cross-team collaboration.
• Design and implement backup strategies to strengthen resilience and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment processes and IaC to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Build communication between departments to enable automated monitoring of core services.
• Review Grafana dashboards for data accuracy and drive improvements.
• Administer VMware infrastructure and test new vendor implementations.
• Contribute to standards, documentation, automation initiatives, and infrastructure optimization projects.
