Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Analyst (Tier 2) for Cybersecurity Operations in Kraków, Poland. The role focuses on correlating threat data, recommending countermeasures, and supporting incident management within a hybrid work model.

You will develop and refine incident response processes, work with SIEM tools, and coordinate with other SOC teams to protect enterprise environments. A degree in CS/IT and security certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a CSIRT/CERT/CSIRC/SOC environment or similar security operations role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Incident Response, analysis of network traffic, log analysis, and investigations to resolution.
• Familiarity with SIEM & Log Management solutions and common security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Correlate threat data from multiple sources to assess threat impact on the network.
• Recommend countermeasures and assist in investigations and reporting of security events.
• Lead remediation actions and apply lessons learned to incidents.
• Monitor and prioritize security events based on risk/exposure.
