Job summary

Sysco seeks an Analyst - Cybersecurity (Security Administration) in Krakow with hybrid work. You will support day-to-day identity and access administration, ensuring secure access to systems per policy and SLA expectations.

You will collaborate with IAM, application, and infrastructure teams to fulfill requests, troubleshoot issues, and support identity lifecycle processes while pursuing automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or CS or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IAM, Security Administration, or IT operations.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle (joiners/movers/leavers).
• Familiarity with access control principles and security governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process user access requests and modify or remove access per IAM processes.
• Administer AD/Entra IDs, groups, and distribution lists.
• Support onboarding, transfers, terminations, and lifecycle events.
• Perform provisioning/deprovisioning for automated and manual apps.
• Investigate access incidents and service requests; ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure approvals before granting or changing access.
• Monitor ServiceNow requests to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with IAM and Security teams for consistent access services.
• Support access reviews, audits, and remediation activities.
