Job summary

Siemens Healthineers IT is seeking a Service/Product Owner for our Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP CDC. You will lead the platform, coordinate go-lives, and manage the backlog while collaborating with global teams and privacy stakeholders.

You will leverage SAP CDC and API knowledge to implement compliant marketing platforms, partner with vendors, and drive IT service management with a strong focus on data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science).
• Strong technical understanding of Consent and Preference management, preferably SAP CDC.
• General API knowledge (Postman or similar).
• Interest in Data Privacy and business processes.
• Proven track record delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum) or Waterfall/Structured Problem Solving and ITIL governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud.
• Lead change management including roll-outs to additional countries and applications (APIs) with stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate go-live with stakeholders including test management and UAT.
• Manage product backlog and drive discussions with global cross-functional teams.
• Oversee IT Service management (Incident, Change, Problem) and vendor relationships.
• Ensure IT system compliance with quality, information security and data privacy.
