Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments. You will design, implement, and maintain robust cloud security controls while advising on secure pipelines and automation platforms.

The role focuses on threat modelling, secure cloud design patterns, and automating security controls with IaC, collaborating closely with engineering teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud security architectures across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices for cloud environments.
• Monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and security incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to embed security-by-design into cloud deployments.
• Drive automation of security controls through IaC (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation).
• Provide technical guidance on cloud-native security tooling (e.g., Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub, GCP SCC).
