Job summary

Kingfisher plc is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to shape technology solutions for business and engineering teams in a hybrid Warsaw setting. You will work with Castorama Poland and collaborate with business, product and engineering stakeholders to translate needs into effective technology solutions.

You will own architectural decisions, guide high-level designs, evaluate technologies, and promote modern cloud-native and AI practices across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and reference architectures.
• Experience architecting solutions across business, data, applications and technology domains.
• Proven ability to deliver in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent command of Polish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and documentation of architecture decisions and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce end-to-end high-level designs.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
• Lead product selection to meet business capability requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and promote cloud-native and AI technologies.
• Serve as main contact between technical and business teams.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and end-user communities for cohesive solutions.
• Contribute to Architecture chapter practices and methods.
