Qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, automation or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy or industrial projects, ideally BESS or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge of BESS technology, battery systems, and PCS.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from concept to COD.
• Manage technical interfaces between BESS scope, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes and TSO/DSO requirements.
