Job summary

Revolut Graduate Programme in Poland offers a 12-month path to join our engineering teams, tackle real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience while you grow your skills with experts. You’ll be exposed to Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and a TDD approach, with structured training and potential for a full-time role after the programme.

You’ll spend around 3 days per week in the office where the role and location allow, in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Must have predicted or achieved 2:1 or equivalent.
• Graduates from 2025, 2026 or 2027.
• Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions.
• Degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027.
• Ability to attend Revolut office in country of employment at least 3 days per week (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping.
• Shape the user experience from wireframes and mockups to implementation and release.
• Build elegant solutions in partnership with designers and product teams.
• Define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app.
• Prototype new interactions based on peer and user feedback.
• Develop expertise with the Android SDK.
• Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes.
• Share updates with global teams and learn from senior engineers.
• Use regular feedback to accelerate your development.
