Job summary

Revolut invites graduates to join its 12‑month Graduate Programme as Java Engineers, owning features end‑to‑end from design to delivery. The role spans building APIs, microservices, and scalable fintech solutions across global projects.

You’ll work with Java 17/21, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL and more, gaining hands‑on experience while rotating through areas of the business. Open to international applicants willing to relocate to Revolut tech hubs.

Qualifications

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree in CS, maths, physics or STEM.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (CS, maths, physics, or STEM).
• Portfolio of coding projects or open‑source contributions.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and results‑driven mindset.
• Willing to relocate to Revolut tech hubs and attend office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Owners across diverse tech stacks.
• Build APIs and develop microservices.
• Optimise systems for risk management, fraud detection, and payments processing.
• Drive greenfield projects and enhance existing ones.
• Partner with senior mentors to build expertise and grow.
• Manage tasks, track progress and deliver outcomes.
• Share updates and collaborate with global teams.
• Receive regular feedback to accelerate development.
