Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking an AI Identity Architect to lead integration of Agentic AI into EY's IAM ecosystem. You will collaborate with security, development and enterprise teams to design secure AI-enabled IAM capabilities across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud environments, establishing guardrails and governance models for compliant deployment.

The role requires deep IAM experience, AI/ML expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology designs while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study.
12+ years IT experience; 8+ years in Information Security; 6+ years IAM roles.
2+ years implementing AI/ML Identity systems.

Responsibilities

Embed AI-driven capabilities into enterprise IAM strategy across security, architecture and business teams.
Architect AI-augmented IAM solutions for intelligence, automation and adaptive capabilities.
Define standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM across on-prem, hybrid and cloud.
Govern safe deployment of AI and agentic systems with auditable controls.
Collaborate with data/platform teams to align with enterprise AI governance.
