G2A.COM is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to accelerate automation across our digital marketplace. You will design and build intelligent workflows in n8n, create integrations with Jira, Confluence, Active Directory, Google Cloud, and BigQuery, and develop LLM-powered solutions for ticketing, classification, and data extraction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in process automation, system integration, or backend development.
• Experience building production workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, API tokens, pagination, and rate limits.
• Hands-on with language model APIs (Claude/OpenAI), including prompt engineering and tool calling.
• Focus on error handling, idempotency, logging, and testing workflows.
• Familiar with Git, Docker, and Linux basics.
• Understanding GDPR and secure data processing in AI solutions.
• Process-oriented mindset; seek simplification before automation.
• Ability to evaluate automation impact in time savings and error reduction.
• Self-reliant, accountable from analysis to maintenance.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Critical approach to AI; know when human oversight is needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into automation solutions.
• Designing, building, and maintaining workflows in a self-hosted n8n environment.
• Creating integrations with G2A systems using REST APIs, including Jira and Confluence (on-premise, with Cloud planned for the future).
• Designing and implementing LLM-powered solutions, such as ticket classification and routing, summary generation, document data extraction, and AI agents that use tools (tool calling, MCP).
• Ensuring automation security, particularly through credential and permission management and protecting personal data in prompts and logs.
• Monitoring workflow performance and ensuring reliability by configuring alerts, analyzing execution metrics, and controlling the costs of AI model queries.
• Creating technical documentation, developing workflow standards and templates, and sharing knowledge through training and supporting other teams.
