Job summary

Itransition Group is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement proof-of-concept and production-ready AI solutions using AWS AI services. You’ll work on agent-based systems, scalable LLM applications, and automation workflows with collaboration across engineering and business teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on development in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and tool calling, with production experience and strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Proven Python development experience.
• Hands-on with LLM/agent-based apps using LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on with AWS Bedrock (models, Agents, tool/function calling).
• Experience with SageMaker and Bedrock Knowledge Bases.
• Understanding of LLM limitations, context management and cost/latency trade-offs.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI systems with agent workflows and scalable services.
• At least one production AI agent project with measurable impact.
• Experience creating custom tools/functions for AI agents.
• Familiarity with evaluation, testing and monitoring of LLM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM and agent-based applications using modern AI frameworks and AWS services.
• Build scalable AI workflows and agent orchestration with LangChain/LangGraph.
• Develop integrations between AI agents, APIs, databases and external systems.
• Work with AWS Bedrock models, Agents, and tool/calling capabilities.
• Support RAG-based solutions including embeddings and retrieval optimization.
• Create custom tools/functions for AI agents and automation workflows.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for scalable, production-ready AI systems.
• Support evaluation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of LLM apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered automation.
