Job summary

Hitachi Energy Technology Center in Krakow seeks a hands-on hardware engineer to contribute to HVDC control and protection hardware development. You will participate in the full lifecycle from requirements to production, collaborating with hardware, software, FPGA, and verification teams.

You should have experience with schematics, test benches, and lab equipment; familiarity with CI/CD, Python, LabVIEW or similar, and basic C/C++ helps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware development experience required.
• Strong schematic and circuit design understanding.
• Experience with lab equipment and test setups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full lifecycle of HVDC control and protection hardware from requirements to production.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, FPGA and verification teams.
• Develop, maintain, and improve test benches, lab setups, and validation tools.
