Job summary

DocPlanner is hiring a Marketing Operations and CRM Expert (HubSpot) in Wrocław. This role is remote within our markets and will own the admin and ongoing improvement of core marketing tech platforms, with HubSpot as the primary tool.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing automation or other marketing technology (HubSpot required).
• Salesforce experience, particularly with HubSpot–Salesforce sync, is a plus.
• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI to marketing operations is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated experience using technology & marketing expertise to drive process and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize marketing systems with a proactive mindset toward scalability and performance.
• Contribute to transformational initiatives leveraging AI-powered workflows and capabilities to automate processes.
• Support and improve the HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity and reliable lead flow.
• Build and refine predictive lead scoring models for smarter prioritization.
• Monitor workflows and resolve errors, especially around MQL qualification and lead delivery.
• Manage data imports, enrichment, and GDPR compliance; document processes and train users.
