Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field.
- Proficient knowledge of marketing automation or marketing tech (HubSpot required).
- Experience with HubSpot–Salesforce sync is a plus.
- Interest in applying AI to marketing operations is beneficial.
- Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize marketing systems for scalability.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows and agents to automate processes.
- Ensure data integrity in the HubSpot–Salesforce sync.
- Develop predictive lead scoring and data enrichment.
- Document processes and train users on best practices.
