Job summary

A dynamic strategies firm located in Poland is seeking a senior HubSpot contractor to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across multiple Hubs including CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service. You will be responsible for platform architecture, configuration, automation, and ensuring a clean handoff to a production-ready state. Strong experience in data modeling, workflows, and client interactions is required. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
• Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware).
• Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Strong documentation and handoff discipline.
• Client-facing delivery or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops).
• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects.
• Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring.
• Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack.
• Support data migration, cleanup, and QA.
• Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility.
• Document system architecture and implementation decisions.
• Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment.
