Job summary

European Investment Bank (EIB) in Luxembourg invites applications for Associate HR Systems Officer - Payroll & Absence Management within the HRIS. This full-time temporary role focuses on Payroll and Absence Management in PeopleSoft HCM and the transition to Oracle Cloud HCM, with relocation support.

You will join a diverse team of business analysts, reporting to the Head of Unit, and work with HR, GIS, and external vendors to implement changes, test, and ensure the realization of business

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor level) in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant HRIS experience; payroll system experience is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM, esp. Payroll/Absence modules.
• Familiarity with HR processes like payroll, benefits, absence and time management.
• Strong data analysis and SQL querying skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document functional requirements for Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Translate business needs into system configurations and technical specs.
• Develop and execute test plans; coordinate UAT with HR stakeholders.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud HCM releases, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain configuration documentation and release notes.
