Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be an active student with ongoing studies.
• Fluent in English and either Czech or Slovak (minimum B2).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Curious, eager to learn, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Good organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including data maintenance and HR administration.
• Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees.
• Support basic payroll-related processes and activities.
• Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation.

• Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including employee data maintenance and HR administration
• Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees
• Support basic payroll-related processes and activities
• Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data in HR systems

Requirements

• Active student status
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
