Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and analyze employee surveys like engagement metrics.
  • Lead the onboarding process to help new hires integrate seamlessly.
  • Support regular performance review cycles and run 1-on-1 meetings.
  • Assist in team check-ins and cultural dialogues.
  • Prepare and analyze people metrics to identify improvement areas.
