Responsibilities

• Drive data governance framework implementation with Process Owners.
• Define and monitor key HR data quality KPIs and create dashboards.
• Map and optimize HR data flows end to end.
• Act as key HR contact for corporate data governance.
• Guide Global Payroll harmonization to align local and global data needs.
