Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting leaders in manufacturing/pharma environments.
• Solid understanding of HR processes.
• Experience in change management and transformation projects is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Coaching and consulting approach.
• Strong analytical mindset with HR metrics.

Your Mission

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, driving performance culture, supporting organizational transformation, and developing talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership

• Partner with managers on people-related decisions and organizational challenges.
• Support organizational change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support leaders in managing organizational change and team development.
• Build management capability through targeted HR interventions.
• Collaborating with HSE and Quality departments to promote and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the organization.

Talent & Performance Management

• Drive key HR processes including Performance Review, People Review, Development Career Conversation, Recruitment
• Promote a culture of feedback, accountability and performance.

Employee Experience

• Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations matters in line with labor law and company policies.

HR Projects & Transformation

• Participate in local and global HR projects.
• Support key transformation initiatives including organizational development, capability building and culture change.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
• Experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
• Solid understanding of HR processes.
• Experience in change management and transformation projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to influence and build credibility across all organizational levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Coaching and consulting approach.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with HR metrics.
• High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability.
