Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations.
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, and HR strategy.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and talent development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic partnership with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and operational plans.
  • Lead employee relations activities and proactively resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Manage relationships with employee representatives, labor unions, works councils, and external authorities where applicable.
  • Forecast future workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies; support succession planning.
  • Drive performance management processes and learning initiatives; promote career development across the site.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, audits, and Health & Safety requirements; collaborate with HR Services and Centers of Excellence.

As a Plant HR Business Partner , you will be a strategic member of the site leadership team, translating business objectives into effective people strategies that enable operational excellence and sustainable growth. You will lead all key HR processes at the site, ensuring the organization has the right talent, capabilities, culture, and workforce plans to achieve its goals. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands‑on execution across employee relations, labor relations, talent management, recruitment, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, an advocate for employees, and a driving force behind a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.

What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and operational plans.
  • Translate business priorities into workforce planning, organizational development, and talent initiatives.
  • Support organizational effectiveness and change management activities across the site.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people-related matters and leadership effectiveness.
Employee & Labor Relations
  • Lead employee relations activities and proactively resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Manage relationships with employee representatives, labor unions, works councils, and external authorities where applicable.
  • Ensure constructive social dialogue and maintain a positive employee relations climate.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Working close with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment activities for both direct and indirect workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to forecast future workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies.
  • Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
Performance, Learning & Development
  • Drive performance management processes and support leaders in building high-performing teams.
  • Identify capability gaps and implement learning and development initiatives.
  • Promote career development and employee growth opportunities across the site.
Compliance & HR Operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, audits, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Oversee key HR processes including compensation reviews, time reporting, and workforce administration.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner closely with HR Services, Centers of Excellence, HR Advisors, and other HR Business Partners to ensure consistent HR delivery.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, and HR strategy.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and talent development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across multiple HR functions.
  • Professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is essential, enabling effective collaboration with local employees, labor representatives, leadership teams, and global HR stakeholders.
