Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Krakow is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to oversee room and public area cleaning operations. You will ensure quality standards, manage daily activities, and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to resolve discrepancies.

You will assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff, while ensuring safety policies are followed and assets are protected.

Qualifications

• Related work experience in house-keeping or front-office roles.
• Supervisory experience in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and coaching.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
• Communicate issues and update room statuses.
