Job summary

One You Love Homecare Moorestown is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-to-one patient care in a remote setting with flexible shifts and a focus on compassionate, person-centered support.

You will perform ADL assistance, infection control, medication reminders, therapeutic engagement, and precise documentation, while leveraging license-supported career growth through paid CEUs and nurse mentorship.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—respecting dignity.
• Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, light laundry, and keep a clean, hazard-free space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, note changes, and document vitals for the supervising nurse.
• Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide ROM exercises, or accompany short walks.
• Accurate Documentation – Record care notes in the digital charting system before each shift ends.
