HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) is hiring a Hire to Retire Specialist to execute transactional HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data changes, leave management, and exits. You will ensure compliance with global frameworks while meeting local business needs and maintaining data accuracy.

You will resolve Tier 2 HTR requests, monitor SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to support HR decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience with complex lifecycle or organizational data processes.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high attention to detail.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Tier 2 HTR requests, tickets, and cases.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate breaches.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, first-time-right and four-eye checks.
• Confirm complex data changes (promotions, off-cycle changes).
• Manage organizational structure changes and master data updates.
• Handle onboarding, assignments and end-of-employment administration.
• Manage complex leave and absence cases.
• Process employee exits and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Prepare and review high-criticality documents and approvals.
• Use analytics to track HR metrics and support decisions.
• Maintain audit records and compliance documentation.
• Maintain People Function knowledge base, FAQs and HTR documentation.
• Contribute to HBS Knowledge Management and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to address HR needs.
• Collaborate with team members for consistent process execution.
• Identify issues and support process standardisation.
• Using SAP SuccessFactors and related tools to reduce manual work.

The Hire to Retire Specialist is responsible for executing transactional and operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, organizational structure updates, leave and absence management, and employee exits. This role ensures compliance with global frameworks while addressing local business needs, delivering high-quality HR services and maintaining data accuracy.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling complex lifecycle or organizational data processes
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
• multilingual communication capability - Romanian or/and Bulgarian
• knowledge of related processes, especially HTR processes and enabling technologies (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
• strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• high attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
• strong operational and service-delivery focus
• proficiency with MS Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
