Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Hire to Retire Specialist to execute transactional HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data changes, leaves and exits, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with global standards.

You will work with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and MS Office in a multinational shared services environment, supporting stakeholders and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience handling complex lifecycle or organizational data processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills.
• Knowledge of HTR processes and enabling technologies (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Strong operational and service-delivery focus.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tier 2 HTR requests, tickets, and cases.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate breaches.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, first-time-right and four-eye checks.
• Confirm complex employment data changes (promotions, off-cycle changes).
• Manage organizational structure changes and master data updates.
• Handle onboarding, assignments and end-of-employment administration.
• Manage complex leave and absence cases.
• Process employee exits and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Prepare and review high criticality documents and approvals.
• Use analytics tools to track HR metrics and support decisions.
• Maintain records for audit and compliance requirements.
• Maintain People Function knowledge base, FAQs and HTR documentation.
• Contribute to HBS Knowledge Management and process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to address HR needs.
• Collaborate with team members for consistent process execution.
• Identify issues and support process standardisation.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors and related tools to reduce manual work.

The Hire to Retire Specialist is responsible for executing transactional and operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, organizational structure updates, leave and absence management, and employee exits. This role ensures compliance with global frameworks while addressing local business needs, delivering high-quality HR services and maintaining data accuracy.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling complex lifecycle or organizational data processes
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
