A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Key Account Manager (Hematology/Oncology) in Poland to enhance clinical trial enrollment services. The role focuses on building a referral network with Hematologists/Oncologists via outreach and in-person visits. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of sales experience in the Hematology/Oncology field and a strong understanding of the healthcare system. Proficiency in English and Polish is essential, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Hematology/Oncology sales experience, preferably in respected pharma companies.
• Ability to travel to Hematologist/Oncologist offices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Build a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
• Conduct outbound outreach and follow up with in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage physician follow-ups.
• Collect and share feedback from physician offices.
