BSH SPRZĘT GOSPODARSTWA DOMOWEGO sp. z o.o. w Łodzi poszukuje specjalisty na stanowisko Heat Pump Component Owner (f/m). Osoba ta będzie rozwijać komponenty pomp ciepła, analizować koszty i definiować interfejsy międzyfunkcyjne.

Wymagana jest wiedza z zakresu pomp ciepła i termodynamiki, umiejętność pracy z narzędziami System Engineering oraz zdolność analitycznego myślenia. Praca w zespole, z angielskim technicznym w komunikacji, jest kluczowa dla sukcesu projektów.

Qualifications

• Wymagania dotyczące wiedzy z zakresu pomp ciepła i termodynamiki.
• Projektowanie komponentów związanych z pompami ciepła, analiza kosztów i interfejsów.
• Zarządzanie pracą zespołu międzyfunkcyjnego oraz organizacja symulacji.

Responsibilities

• Rozwój wymagań komponentów związanych z pompami ciepła.
• Projektowanie komponentów: ocena technologii, koszty, interfejsy i analizy złożoności.
• Zarządzanie pracą zespołu międzyfunkcyjnego i prowadzenie symulacji wewnętrznych/zewnętrznych.

Heat Pump Component Owner (f/m)

Miejsce pracy: Łódź

Your responsibilities

• Development of component requirements related to heat pump components,
• Component development: new technologies evaluation, component design, cost analysis, interface definition, complexity analysis and management, risk analysis,
• Management of cross-functional working group,
• Organize, support of internal/external simulation activities. Evaluation of the results,
• Definition of release strategy and necessary test equipment. Test results evaluation,
• Coordination and follow up activities with strategic external partners (e.g. Suppliers, Tech. Universities),
• Keeping documentation and reporting related to heat pump components development processes.

Our requirements

• Expert knowledge from Heat Pump & Thermodynamic field,
• Main focus on heat pump components design and heat transfer processes connected to component design,
• Experience in managing complex technical systems including application of System Engineering tools & methods,
• Open minded, with analytical thinking and ability to have holistic view on appliance architecture,
• Fluent communication in Technical English,
• High interpersonal skills, focus on teamwork.
