Job summary

AUTODOC in Poland is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to ensure safe working conditions in our logistics and warehouse operations. You will identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.

You will train staff, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with Polish OHS laws, collaborating with National Labour Inspectorate and other departments. The role also focuses on promoting safety culture and crisis readiness.

Qualifications

• OHS qualifications per Polish law and Labour Code.
• ≥1 year experience in occupational health and safety.
• Knowledge of Polish labour law and OHS regulations.
• Experience with OHS audits and inspections.
• Experience delivering comprehensive OHS training programs.
• Ability to prepare OHS documentation and use digital tools.
• English and Polish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for workstations.
• Develop and deliver mandatory initial OHS training.
• Investigate occupational accidents and prepare required reports.
• Ensure compliance with Polish OHS legislation and liaise with authorities.
• Advise management on workplace safety, ergonomics, and hygiene standards.
• Promote safety culture and cooperate with Operations, Maintenance and HR.
• Respond to emergencies and lead emergency response teams.
