Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking an OHS specialist to advise the operations team across North-Western Poland, including courier depots and sorting hubs. You will monitor conditions, ensure compliance, and lead training sessions to strengthen safety practices.

Responsibilities include developing standards, conducting risk assessments, and participating in investigations, with regular travel to company locations within the region. Strong knowledge of OHS and labor law is essential.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in a similar OHS role within distribution/logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of current OHS, fire safety, and labor law regulations.
• University degree in OHS or postgraduate studies in the field.
• Able to translate regulations into practical safety solutions in a dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Advise and proactively support the operations department on OHS in the region.
• Monitor working conditions and ensure compliance in couriers, depots, and hubs.
• Conduct initial training, assess needs, and plan periodic sessions.
• Develop standards, workplace instructions, and risk assessments.
• Participate in post-accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage OHS documentation: reports, statistics, and registers.
• Coordinate with laboratories on measurements and data.
• Promote safety culture and raise employee awareness.
