We focus on consulting value, strong client partnerships and close teamwork. Due to our unique sales strategy and top-quality services, we doubled our size in 2025, and our company scale is expected to continue growing several times over in the next few years.

Our primary focus is Managed Services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.

The main areas of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.

Due to our dynamic growth, we’re seeking an exceptional sales leader to shape and drive the Next Chapter of our expansion to the next level. You’ll co-design and execute our ambitious 3-5 year growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our existing customer base across EU markets while leading our evolving Sales and Business Development teams.

Strategic Leadership Agenda

We’re looking for a Head of Sales who combines strong leadership with active market engagement. In this role, you’ll build, coach, and scale a high-performing Sales & Account Management team while actively driving revenue growth.

You’ll lead strategic initiatives and stay close to the market - developing executive-level relationships, shaping impactful sales strategies, and securing high-value agreements. From day one, you’ll influence our presence across the EU, opening new opportunities and strengthening partnerships at the C-suite level, all while setting the tone for ambition and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personally drive revenue growth through direct client engagement and strategic sales activities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies
  • Set individual client strategies and tailored approaches for key accounts
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Partner with Delivery and HR teams to ensure commercial contract success
  • Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams on integrated sales initiatives
  • Coach, mentor, and grow high-performing sales professionals
  • Lead and expand our Sales and Account Management team across multiple geographies
The Ideal Candidate

Senior sales executive with proven experience in IT professional services, both in software delivery as well as managed services, who can inspire growth across our organization. Action-oriented, fearless with clients, and sharp in strategy. Someone who knows how to win big contracts in IT services, thrives in complex B2B sales, and leads teams by example.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with existing and prospective clients
