Job summary

Google Inc. | Poland location seeks a Head of HR for Googler Experience, EMEA to lead country HR strategy and people plans, partnering with global teams to align regulatory compliance and business priorities.

The role focuses on data-driven people decisions and a high-performing, in-country HR team. You will drive local initiatives, manage employee relations and unions, and shape broader People Operations goals while fostering a One Google culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• 5 years of experience managing a HR team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Country HR leader driving the people agenda and enabling and empowering business priorities within your market.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive country people plan, partnering closely with global partners, country Managers and cite Leaders to foster high engagement and organizational health.
• Collaborate closely with our regional and global partners on the local implementation of global policies and lead tailored, local initiatives to address our business needs.
• Lead our partnerships with employee representatives and unions.
• Lead our unified in-country HR team to enable and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience. Grow and develop a high performing team.
