As the Head of Human Resources, you will set country-specific strategy to empower local business priorities. You will develop and execute a comprehensive people plan, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and regional leaders to implement tailored initiatives and foster a vibrant “One Google” culture. Your leadership will be crucial in managing union relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the organization in external associations. You will direct a high-performing, unified in-country team while playing a pivotal role in shaping broader People Operations goals.
