A key part of your role will be advancing our talent philosophy towards a more inclusive talent ecosystem. We call this the funnel-shaped talent pipeline: an approach that broadens access to development opportunities, builds critical skills across the organisation, and creates pathways for growth at all levels. By connecting learning, leadership development, talent pipelines, and succession planning, you will help ensure ROCKWOOL has the capabilities needed to succeed today and in the future.
