Qualifications

• 15 years of professional experience in talent management, leadership development and learning & development.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide talent and organisational development strategies.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate priorities into scalable people solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead three pillar agenda: Learning & Development, Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline, and Leadership & Culture across ROCKWOOL.
• Build and measure development opportunities and career mobility at scale with global and regional teams.
• Drive inclusive talent ecosystem and funnel-shaped pipelines across functions and geographies.
• Partner with CHRO, regional HR leaders and Group Management to align people strategy with business priorities.
