InPost is building a scale-up with AI at its core, seeking a leader for the ML & MLOps function from zero. You will own model-development standards, validation, and the ML platform that underpins decisioning services.

The role emphasizes responsible-AI governance, risk management, and leading a new team to deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate with the Head of Data Engineering and the Director to ensure a strong ownership line between data features and model consumption,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ML
• Experience building and leading a team from zero
• Experience in credit-scoring or underwriting modelling
• Skilled in model-risk management and responsible-AI governance
• Fluent in English (B2+)

Responsabilités

• Own the ML & MLOps team from first hire onward.
• Define model-development standards and validation methodology.
• Maintain the ML platform behind decisioning services.
• Establish clear ownership between feature production and model consumption with leadership.
